At Shae's Little Wonders, every item is crafted with love and care. Because our products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind, we handle refunds with thoughtfulness and transparency.

​1. Refund Eligibility
 

We offer refunds only in the following cases:
•     Your item arrives damaged or defective
•     You receive the wrong item
•     Your order is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered

 

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
•     Your order number
•     A clear photo of the item and packaging
•     A brief description of the issue

 

2. Non-Refundable Items
 

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:
•     Change of mind
•     Minor variations in color, texture, or design

•     Custom or personalized orders
 

We believe these small differences are part of what makes handmade special.
 

3. Refund Process
 

Once your request is reviewed and approved:
•     Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
•     Please allow 3 - 5 Business days for processing

 

If your item is eligible for replacement instead, we’ll offer that option first.
 

4. Shipping Costs
 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the refund is due to our error.

Return shipping costs (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
