At Shae's Little Wonders, every order is carefully and creatively packed. We want your handmade treasures to arrive safely and promptly — here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Processing Time

All items are handmade and processed within 5–7 business days after your order is placed. Custom or bulk orders may take longer — we’ll always keep you updated.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We currently ship to Canada.
Estimated delivery times:
• Canada: 1 - 7 Business days

Please note: delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

4. Local Pickup or Delivery

If you're located in Milton, ON or nearby, we may offer local pickup or delivery options. Reach out before ordering to confirm availability.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please contact us at ShaeleneThompson@yahoo.ca. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
